虾仁鸡胗 什锦下酒小炒

[size=3] [b]做法 :[/b]材料能切丁的都切丁,放进滚水里烫过; 两大匙油烧热,放进姜末/蒜蓉爆香,加入所有材料和调味料拌炒均匀,摆盘后铺上少许烫熟虾仁即可。[/size]
