月饼前奏-----自制糖浆
快到中秋了,想自己做月饼的要赶快做糖浆了,因为糖浆要放一放味道才会更好!
材料:白糖800g ,水300g,白醋30g,柠檬片16g,苏打水5g(将1g小苏打溶于温水中)

将白糖和水放入锅中,大火烧至糖融化,加入柠檬片和白醋[color=white]sohu西点军校[/color]

转小火,边熬边搅拌,大约20到30分钟,糖浆开始有些粘稠时离火,加入苏打水搅拌均匀。这时会起很多泡沫,静置一会就好了。等糖浆凉后,滤出柠檬片,装入玻璃瓶中密封保存。[color=white]sohu西点军校[/color]
